Terms of Service

What this is. Aggressive Company is an entertainment leaderboard. When you pay, you are buying exactly one thing: your chosen company's payment total on this leaderboard increases by the amount you paid, and its position updates accordingly. Nothing else is sold, promised, or implied.

What this is not. A position on the board is not advertising reach, endorsement, certification, an award, a review, or a statement of fact about any company. "Aggressive" is our editorial framing of voluntary spending on this board, and satire. It is not a factual claim about any company's conduct. Appearing on the board is not our opinion of the company, and it is not that company's endorsement of us.

Not a prize pool. This is not a contest, lottery, or gambling product. Money paid does not accumulate into a pot, is not distributed to anyone, and does not entitle any company to a payout. It is spent, on the position it buys, and nothing more.

Listing a company does not require its involvement. Anyone may list a company that isn't already on the board — founders, employees, fans, agencies, or rivals — without that company's knowledge or consent, in the same way a leaderboard, review site, or news article can name a company without asking first. Some listings are added by us directly as placeholders. If you submit a new company, you're representing that the name, category, and city you gave us are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Rankings. Every listed company is ranked by its cumulative amount paid, all time. Newly listed companies start with an opening amount set by us, disclosed on the company's page; real bids stack on top of it. We may add, remove, hide, or rename entries at any time, including on request from the company concerned.

Bidding on a company. Anyone may pay to increase any listed company's total — founders, employees, fans, or rivals. Paying does not make you the company's representative and grants no rights over the entry.

Payments. Processed by Cashfree Payments. All payments are final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy). Minimum bid ₹1.

Removal. If you represent a listed company and want it removed, use the removal request form. We remove same-day, no questions asked. Amounts already paid toward a removed entry are not refunded.

Conduct. We may reject or reverse entries with names that are abusive, illegal, impersonating, or otherwise off. Our call is final.

Liability. The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.
