Refund Policy

All bids are final. A bid is delivered the instant your payment is confirmed: the company's total and leaderboard position update immediately. Because the service is delivered in full at that moment, bids are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Being outranked is not grounds for a refund. Your payment permanently counts toward your company's cumulative total. Other people paying more later moves their company up; it does not undo what you bought.

Failed or duplicate payments. If money left your account but no bid was recorded, or you were charged twice for one bid, tell us with the payment reference within 7 days — verified cases are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Removed entries. If a company is removed from the board (including at that company's own request), amounts already paid are not refunded.
